The atmosphere in the audience is exciting and humming with the expectation of seeing a great rock and roll performance. Maybe as if being part of a live taping of your favorite tv show, American Bandstand , a performance on Ed Sullivan, or watching the legendary acts of the popular Midnight Special. Rock and roll never felt so good and people have touted this award winning revue to be one of the best rock and roll shows found anywhere. The audience lights go down and the stage lights sweep the crowd and quickly shoot toward the stage for the opening of this fun and energetic performance of some of the greatest rock and roll of all time. All ages are in attendance, 5 to 85, families having one of the best times ever, and “baby boomers” reliving some of the great memories of the past. All set to experience Top 10’s presentation of the 2011 show “ROCKIT” produced at the Jim Stafford theater in Branson, Mo. This talented ensemble cast presents this ALL LIVE show and brings audiences to their feet. The chemistry, characterizations, and quality of this group include soaring sax lines to an unplugged Eric Clapton. From the 60’s female sound to the 70’s and 80’s Lionel Ritchie, from dancing with OUR stars to the smooth sounds of Sam Cooke. From classic rock coupled with the highly visual aerial act to the vocal blends of 60’s folk rock. From the sound of the guitar “talk box” to a special portrayal of the “original wild rocker” Jerry Lee Lewis. Whether for our home audiences in Branson or on the road touring the country, this incredible cast brings the music, vocals, and performances that everyone raves about.
